Nigerian celebrities who own private jets: Traveling abroad by private plane is not new to the Nigerian entertainment industry, but these days it has become a standard with the amount of money flowing into and out of industries. The wealth of Nigeria entertainment can be attributed to artists who sell entertainment and telecommunications operations.
While some celebrities prefer to fly first class, others have shown that they prefer to enjoy the comfort of flying to shows abroad through private jet. We looked at celebrities who traveled separately using a private jet.
Wizkid flew private jets from the earliest days of his musical career with his former coaching labels, Segun Demuren who is in the aviation sector. Wizkid Phyno recently took his side while traveling in particular in South Africa to MAMA 2015.
Davido, he comes from a wealthy family. The singer’s father has a jet then all he needs is a permit to fly to his next destination.
David flies private more often than Wizkid due to the ease of access.
A don remains true to his name. Don Jazzy rarely travel to other African countries in commercial airlines. The song maker was seen on Mauritius in 2013. Don Jazzy flies private jet alot, even the new artists were seen next to him in the jets.
Tiwa Savage is shown above in an Afri jet while traveling alongside her ex husband for a show shortly after their trip. The singer is the only Nigerian female singer that we even saw on a private jet for a concert.
Omo Baba Olowo, DJ Cuppy finished her Cuppy Take Tour Africa. During the tour, the 22-year-old DJ covered most of the West African countries using her father’s private jet (Femi Otedola). A luxury, many are not accustomed.
The pioneers of the private jet lifestyle in Nigeria, Peter and Paul of P-Square are flying with a private plane in 2010.
While the singers seem to have slowed down the lifestyle we hope they are totally again next time they embark on an African musical tour.
